Terms and Conditions
Installation:
Green Park solar offers a 10 year’s installation warranty. After that, call out fees , and may be charged If you need any service. Green park Solar uses Clean energy council Accredited Installer . If there is any damaged roof During installation resulting from the installation. All possible precautions will be taken to avoid damage when the goods are being installed. however, if the roof tiles /tin are old or brittle this will be the responsibility of the customers to organise roof tile. Is there any Ceramic switch on meter box that needs to be upgraded to RCD . also meter upgrade single phase to three phase or if switch board to old need to be upgrade from level -2 Electrician, Along those upgrad is not including solar purchase price.
Agreements:
Purchase Agreement can only be signed by the applicant . .Purchase Agreement can only be amended in writing email or signed by purchase applicant & green park solar
Payments:
10% deposit of our contract price. Rest of Due balance of the purchase system must be paid on installation date / day.you can Pay by Bank transfer to green park solar which is mention on purchase agreement or if you pay by credit card, bank surcharge is 1.5% for VISA and MASTERCARD Also 3.5% surcharge applies to AMEX credit card.
Small technology certificates (STCs):
STCs are to used by customers at point of sale discount to create renewable energy certificates at the price of offend on the sales quotation/agreement. STCs prices are subject to fluctuation also anytime and can change without any notice.
Net Meter / Solar Feed in Tariffs:
Green Park Solar is not Responsible for solar net Metering. the customer must notify the Electricity provider for Solar Feed in Tariffs./net solar metering.
Cooling off Period / Refunds:
You have 10 business days Cooling off Period from signing day according to Consumer Law . You have a right to cancel this agreement within 10 business days from and including the day you signed or received this agreement. After Cooling of Period if you cancel Purchase agreement deposit will not Refund.
Warranties:
The warranties for the solar panels, inverters and racking are held by the manufacture. Solar panel carry 25 -30 years panel output warranty. Solar panel Product warranty 10- 25 years ( Depends on product Brands ). Inverters 5 + 5 years product Manufacturer warranty.
Note: Warranty documents keep with you if anything will happen then provide your warranty documents & Tax invoice . green park Solar assist the customers according to the manufacturer’s /warranty terms & Conditions to repair or replace if there are any product faults.
Performance of the system:
The performance of the solar system is subject to a number of different reasons including but there is no limited to the number of hours of sunlight, to weather Patterns, for area, Cloud cover, the location of the solar system.but to install the solar system in a position that likely to maximise its performance.
Ownership & Risk of Goods:
Risk of loss or damage of the goods onto the customers on delivery, which will occur once the goods have been installed by Green park solar at the customer’s premise. Only upon payment in full completed any documents by the customers price & others additional amount due by Green park solar. Also, Green park solar claims the RECS or Rebate has been signed by the customers.
